This is a Zimbabwean based database that will allow registration of any chip numbers, and your data is kept safe with access only being allowed by vets and welfare organisations.  On top of that, it keeps a record of vaccinations so that the Owner and their Vet are reminded when they are due again.  It also has information on the pet that will help those that find him/her to ensure that they have the best possible care while waiting to be reunited with their family.
